I am deeply passionate about working with young people and their families, finding immense reward and fulfilment in guiding them through their journeys.

My therapeutic approach is marked by gentleness, kindness, authenticity, and playfulness — allowing clients to feel understood and safe. With two decades of experience across school settings, I have developed expertise in teaching, wellbeing, welfare, and pastoral care.

Originally from Greece, I spent ten years in London before qualifying as a Child & Adolescent Therapist. My work spans diverse backgrounds in schools, community agencies, and private practice across the Orillia and Simcoe Muskoka region.

My personal journey has fostered a deep understanding and compassion for the impact of life changes on wellbeing — reflecting my commitment to supporting clients through challenging transitions.

I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space. I believe that healing and growth occur through the therapeutic relationship itself. My approach is developmentally appropriate and child/youth-led, attachment-based and relationally informed, and grounded in neuroscience and the belief in each person’s inner capacity to grow.
